Linda Leary - President
Linda began her career in the health industry working nights as a home health aide and attending nursing school during the day. President of Reliable since 2003, Linda has owned 2 homecare agencies in the bayarea, selling her first agency in 1996 where at the time it was earning over $3 million annually. Ms. Leary is an active member of numerous community organizations, including the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. In recognition of her success, she was recently selected by the Bay Area chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners to receive their prestigious Rising Star award. This award is presented to outstanding women entrepreneurs.

Bobbie Jo Keating - Director of Finance
Bobbie has over 20 years financial experience. She has worked directly with home health over the past 12 years, managing all financial accounts, payroll, billing, balance sheets, and conducting quarterly reports. Bobbie has also been well versed in back-up staffing and case management and brings to Reliable all-around experience as well as possessing her Home Care Management Certificate.

Laura Glatze - Director of Client Care
M.A. Educational Counseling from San Francisco State University
B.S. Psychology and Sociology from the University of Oregon
Laura has over 8 years management and staffing experience in the homecare field working directly with patient care, managing staff, and case management. Laura has completed a Home Care Manager Certificate Program and is involved with various groups including Case Managers Society of America. Laura is responsible for all client / case management for Reliable.

Karen Rono - Staffing Supervisor Karen comes to Reliable with 3 years Staffing experience from UCSF Home Health. She knows the Home Care business working directly with patients, visiting nurses, and primary physicians; enabling her to assist in day-to-day operations with Staffing. Karen's fresh new ideas and enthusiasm for matching the appropriate staff and complimenting our clients' needs are a welcoming asset to Reliable Caregivers.

Vanessa Ascencio - Human Resources Manager Vanessa comes to us with her talent from 3 years of staffing catering associates at Moscone Center in the incredibly busy world of customer service. Vanessa is our go-to employee for assisting around the office as well as managing our Payroll. Vanessa has learned the Home Care industry and is now a great asset in assisting with staffing as well.

Amy Silicani- Client Care Manager B.S. Psychology from San Francisco State University, San Francisco, California. Added to the Reliable Team just one year ago Amy has transitioned from Office Assistant, to Staffing Coordinator and recently became our newest Client Care Manager. Amy has proven to be an adaptable employee and has allowed our company to grow both in number of clientele and quality of customer service.

Abby Randol- Staffing Coordinator B.S. Nutrition from Oregon State University. originally from Roseburg, Oregon Abby comes to our team with experience in medical assistance having worked in an 2 years in an elder care center with Alzhemiers patients. Abby is essential to our team by providing appropriate staff who meet the quality and needs our clients are looking for.

Cassie Gaeto- Staffing Coordinator B.S. Journalism from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Cassie began her commitment to the Reliable team as a receptionist but soon moved into the staffing department. Cassie is new to San Francisco and is looking forward to growing and learning with Reliable.

Adelina Santiago- Orientation Coordinator
Adelina, a Certified Nursing Assistant, has been working in the home health industry for over 20 years as a private caregiver and staffing coordinator. As Reliable's Orientation Superviser Adelina hires,trains and orientates new caregivers with Reliable's policies.

Megan La Barr- Office Assistant
The newest addition to our Reliable team, Megan is the voice of the office, answering incoming calls and providing assistance to her fellow office staff where ever she is needed. Megan moved to San Francisco four years ago to attend San Francisco State University's Business Administration program.
