LINDA LEARY - President
Linda began her career in the health industry working nights as a home health aide and attending nursing school during the day. President of Reliable since 2003, Linda has owned 2 homecare agencies in the bayarea, selling her first medical staffing agency in 1996 where at the time it was earning over $3 million in annual revenue. Throughout her many successful endeavors, Ms. Leary has never lost touch with the spirit of community assistance that first welcomed her to SF. She is an active member of numerous community organizations, including the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. In recognition of her success, she was recently selected by the San Francisco/ Bay Area chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) to receive their prestigious Rising Star award. This award is presented to outstanding women entrepreneurs.
Laura Glatze - Director of Client Care
M.A. Educational Counseling from San Francisco State University
B.S. Psychology and Sociology from the University of Oregon
Laura has over 5 years management and staffing experience in the homecare field working directly with patient care, managing staff, and case management. Laura has completed a Home Care Manager Certificate Program and is involved with various groups including Case Managers Society of America. Laura is responsible for all client / case management for Reliable.
Bobbie Jo Keating - Director of Finance
Over 20 years financial experience.
Bobbie has worked directly with home health over the past 9 years, managing all financial accounts, payroll, billing, balance sheets, and conducting quarterly reports. Bobbie has also been well versed in back-up staffing and case management and brings to Reliable all-around experience as well as possessing her Home Care Management Certificate.

Karen Rono - Staffing Coordinator

Karen comes to Reliable with 3 years Staffing experience from UCSF Home Health.  She knows the Home Care business working directly with patients, visiting nurses, and primary physicians; enabling her to assist in day-to-day operations with Staffing. Karen's fresh new ideas and enthusiasm for matching the appropriate staff and complimenting our clients' needs are a welcoming asset to Reliable Caregivers.

Vanessa Ascencio - Office Assistant / Staffing Coordinator

Vanessa is our newest addition to Reliable.  She brings with her her talent from 3 years of staffing catering associates at Moscone Center in the incredibly busy world of customer servcie. Vanessa is our go-to employee for assisting around the office as well as managing our Payroll.  Vanessa has learned the Home Care industry and is now a great asset in assisting with staffing as well.
